By purchasing a non-transferable music synchronization license from GetRoyaltyFreeMusic.com, you agree to the following:

In consideration of the sum paid during the internet download process and delivery hereof, Pete Surdoval (ASCAP), on behalf of the publisher Alien Planet Publishing (ASCAP), will grant unto the sole purchaser of the music download the irrevocable right and license to record the downloaded copyrighted musical synchronized with a video, podcast, television broadcast, radio broadcast, film, website background, tradeshow, DVD production, or flash presentation.

If the music licensed is aired on television or radio, you agree to submit cue sheets to the proper performance rights organization (ASCAP/BMI in the USA, SOCAN in Canada, PRS in the UK, or APRA in Australia).

The music may not be sold, licensed, or given away as a music-only product and may not be used to compete in any way with Alien Planet Publishing or GetRoyaltyFreeMusic.com. The music may not be resold, redistributed, nor given to another person. All music from GetRoyaltyFreeMusic.com is single-user licensed.

The license is granted for the territory of the world.

The term of the license shall be for perpetuity.

Alien Planet Publishing warrants that they are the owners of the recording rights herein licensed, and this license is given without other warranty or recourse with the liability for breach of said warranty being limited in any event to the amount of the consideration paid by licensor with respect to such musical compositions.

Alien Planet Publishing (ASCAP) reserves all rights and uses whatsoever in and to the said musical compositions not herein specifically granted.
